Offer of appointment dated: 15-06-2020 in respect of the following candidates, who attended the Document Verification for the post of UPPER DIVISION CLERK (UDC) for Karnataka Region on 10th, 11th, 12th, 18th & 19th March, 2020 is dispatched to 110 Candidates to their respective address by SPEED POST.

1. In case of non-receipt of the same by 30-06-2020, those candidates are requested to contact through E-mail: rd-karnataka@esic.nic.in /Phone No. 080-2674 2485 or contact the following address: The Regional Director, Administration Branch, ESIC Regional Office, Panchadeep Bhavan, No.10, Binny Fields, Tank Bund Road, (Next To ETA Mall, Near Binny Mills), Binnypet, Bengaluru – 560 023. 2. Roll No. 1391002374 attended the Document verification. The Offer of appointment letter did not issued due to administrative reasons. 3. Candidates are advised that their selection is subject to fulfillment of all the conditions prescribed in the notification and as per Recruitment Rules and instruction issued time to time. 4. Selection of candidates are provisional and if any short comings are found in the eligibility of the candidates, the candidature will be summarily rejected. 5. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/EWS/OBC (as per Latest Central List)/PWD must submit their latest caste certificate/medical certificate in the prescribed proforma, in the absence of which their joining will not be accepted. 6. On receipt of offer letter, the candidates should attend the respective ESIC Offices/institutions with all documents in original and attested copies, Photos etc. for verification on or before 30-07-2020. 7. Candidates should report before the authority mentioned in their appointment letter. The complete postal addresses of ESIC SROs/Medical Colleges/Hospitals/Nursing College are mentioned:8. All Candidates should follow the COVID-19 precautionary measures i.e. Physical distancing, wearing mask, proper Hygiene practice and undergo Home/Institutional quarantine as per the directions of the Govt. of Karnataka, wherever applicable.
