List of Candidates sortlisted for evaluation/ verification of documents for the post of TMPA on the basis of written test held on 17.09.2017. The call letters for evaluation/ verification of documents can be downloaded from HRTC website from 03.10.2017 after 01:00 PM. The call letters will not be sent by post. The evaluation/ verification of documents process will start w.e.f. 09.10.2017. Shortlisted candidates having Roll No. between 110008 to 174324 are being called w.e.f. 09.10.2017 to 03.11.2017 and the date for evaluation/ verification of documents from Roll No. 174325 onwards will be intimated later on.
Instructions: 1. The candidate should bring valid conductor license in original. 2. The candidate should bring educational qualification certificates in original. 3. The candidates should bring Bonafide Himachali certificate in original. 4. The candidate should bring certificate of Backward Area or Panchayat/ Land less family/ family having land less than 1 Hectare / Non Employment/ income Certificate issued by SDO (C)/ Tehsildar/ Naib Tehsildar. BPL/ Widow / divorced/ destitute / single woman, single daughter/ orphan etc certificate issued by the BDO/ Commissioner or Joint Assistant Commissioner, Municipal Corporation/ Executive officer, Municipal Corporation/ Secretary Nagar Panchayats , NCC/NSS/ Scouts & Guides issued by Head of concerned intuition, Medal winner in National level sports competitions issued by concerned District Youth Service and Sports Officer/ Head of Institute and Training of atleast 6 months duration related to the post applied for from a recognized University/ Institute / Experience from minimum 1 year up to a maximum of 5 years in Govt./ SemiGovt. organization relating to the post applied for in support of the eligibility if falling in any of the mentioned category. 5.
