Important Instructions:
Please note that the Interview Call Letter has been sent to your correspondence address. Duplicate Interview call letter will be issued to eligible candidates on production of identical photograph which have been pasted on the original application form, two days prior to the scheduled date of interview, from Room no. 301, Damodar Building, Recruitment department, CCL, Dharbhanga House, Ranchi, Jharkhand during working hours. Please note that the Duplicate Admit Card will not be issued on the date of interview mentioned above.
You are requested to attend the interview with the following documents in ORIGINAL and their
TWO sets of self-attested photo-copies.
1. Matriculation Marksheet/Certificate, Intermediate/Graduation Marksheet/Certificate, if applicable.
2. Five passport size photograph as pasted in the application form.
3. Marksheet & Valid Certificate in support of passing each of the minimum essential qualifications asked as per advertisement as applicable for the above post.
4. Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) issued by the Competent Authority in the enclosed prescribed format, if applicable.
5. No Objection Certificate from the Present Employer. (applicable to those only who are working in Central Govt./State-Govt./PSU/Local Body)
6. Certificate of Experience and Extra-Curricular activities, if any.
