RESULT NOTICE AUXILIARY NURSE MIDWIFE (POST CODE 072/07) Municipal Corporation of Delhi
In compliance of Orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) No.4559/2012 titled Deepika Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi through the Chief Secretary & Anrs. Dated19/9/2012 , the following candidate is hereby provisionally selected and recommended for appointment to the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) under Post Code 072/07 in the MCD Department in the payscale of Rs.4000-6000 (Pre-revised).
The selection of above mentioned one candidate (OBC) selected in UR Category shall further be subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the statutory RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and also subject to through verification of her identity with reference with reference to her photograph, signature /handwriting and thumb impression etc. on the application form, admission certificates etc. The user department shall also get the OBC certificate verified from the Issuing Authority before their appointment. Further, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belong to the person/sections (Creamy layer) mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule to the Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training OM No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 8/9/1993 , OM No.36033/3/2004- Estt.(Res.) dated 9/3/04 and O.M.No.36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res.)dated 14/10/2008 respectively.
