Sub: Result of the Interview for selection as Stipendiary Trainees/ Scientific Assistant- Category- I for KAPP- 3&4

The following Candidates who have appeared in the personal interview held on 22/07/2012 at Surat have been selected and would undergo training at the following place. Formal offers are being sent by post. For details please read instructions given below:-

Instructions to Candidates:-
1. The Offer of Appointment indicating terms and conditions of the selection, has been despatched to the selected candidates with a request to respond with their acceptance or otherwise on or before 27/08/2012.
2. The Selected candidates shall report to "Training Superintendent, Madras Atomic Power
Station, Po: Kalpakkam, Kancheepuram Dist, Kalpakkam-603102" for medical
examination/joining on 10/09/2012 from 10:00 to 17:00 Hours.
3. The Medical Examination will be carried out on 11/09/2012 (i.e) the next day of Reporting at the Place of training and the training will commence from 12/09/2012.
4. If any candidate is serving in Central/State Govt./PSU or any other Organization, Relieving order from the concerned Authority shall be produced by him at the time of Medical Examination.
5. OBC Candidates should produce OBC certificate alongwith Non-Creamy Layer Status Certificate issued for the financial year 2011-2012 at the time of reporting, failing which they will not be considered for Traineeship.
6. All Original certificates including Caste Certificate in original shall be produced for verification at the time of Reporting.
7. If any candidate has not declared any higher qualification acquired/being pursued so far at
any point of time during the recruitment process, they may now bring it to our notice, while
sending their response to the offer of appointment invariably.
8. Candidates who have declared to be appearing for final year examination in their application, shall produce final year mark sheets and certificates issued by the concerned Board/University/Institution.
9. The candidates are advised to come in formal dress with shoes at the time of reporting.
10. The candidates are required to submit:-
a. Agreement
b. Indemnity Bond
c. Service Bond
d. Attestation form & SSQ verification forms
at the time of joining. The necessary forms are being sent alongwith the offer.
