The candidates are advised to check the venue wise lists and contact in the concerned Regional Office of ESIC (as per list appended) for the purpose of getting Duplicate Admit Card if the original is not received. The candidates have to carry with them a Valid Photo Identity Proof and Two Passport size photographs to get the Duplicate Admit Card. Any request for change of venue etc. will not be entertained under any circumstances”.
