RECRUITMENT OF INSURANCE MEDICAL OFFICER GRADE – II FOR ESI HOSPITAL ‐ PEENYA, KARNATAKA
On the basis of interviews conducted from 16 th September, 2011 to 20 th September, 2011 at ESI Hospital, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore for recruitment of the Insurance Medical Officer Grade – II for ESI Hospital, Peenya, Karnataka, the following candidates have been selected provisionally against the category as under:‐

Note: 1. The candidature of all the candidates is provisional subject to verification of their original certificates in support of qualification, age, community / caste, experience as claimed etc. up to the satisfaction of the appointing authority. 2. The result of one candidate namely Dr. Suhas S. (Roll No. 12010498), belonging to UR category, is withheld for non submission of certificate of completing compulsory rotating internship. 3. The result of Dr. Nethravathi K (Roll No.12040296), Dr. Naziya Banu (Roll No.12040146) & Dr. Shashi Kumar B. V. (Roll No. 12040443) belonging to OBC category is withheld for non submission of latest OBC Certificate. 4. Candidates selected under OBC category shall have to produce Community certificate prescribed vide GOI (DOPT) OM NO. 36012/22/93‐Estt (SCT) dated 08/09/1993 modified vide GOI (DOPT) OM No. 36033/03/2004‐Est (Res) dated 09/03/2004 failing which their candidature as OBC is liable to be cancelled. 5. While every care has been taken in preparing the above, the E.S.I. Corporation reserves the right to rectify errors / omissions if any at later stage..
